March Madness for Tenna is here! But unlike most of the country, for us March Madness means planes, trains, automobiles, and a lot of convention halls. For the second year in a row, the Tenna team is looking forward to a busy, eventful month of March. We cannot wait to meet all the attendees at the various shows and have many exciting and insightful conversations.
First on the agenda is AEMP CONNECT. CONNECT 2023 will take place at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino on March 12th & 13th. There will be so many great opportunities to learn from industry experts on a variety of topics throughout both days of the event. If you really want to make the most of your experience, be sure to add one or both of Sunday’s optional Master Classes. These additions will allow you to gain a deeper understanding of the topics during a 4-hour 2 session class.
It is with great excitement that we announce that members of our team will be leading Master Class 2 from 1-5pm. Both sessions of Build a Business Case and Implementation Plan for ROI in Equipment Management Technology are carefully designed to provide maximum benefit to attendees.
Part One: Pre-Investment - Building Your Unique Business Case and Identifying Areas to Establish ROI
In part one of this workshop, equipment managers will learn how to craft a business case for their company’s unique needs around an equipment management technology investment, and how to present that to their executive stakeholders. The presenters will provide an understanding of total cost of ownership, with examples of how other businesses have earned ROI in these areas, and how to establish a return on investment so the expected outcomes around their technology implementation are crystal clear to, and useful for, the entire organization.
Part Two: Post-Investment - Best Practices for Implementing, Gaining Buy-in and Adoption to Achieve the Savings and ROI You Designed
In part two, equipment managers will learn how to gain buy in internally after their equipment management system has been purchased to ensure adoption. With data analysis and both first-hand successes and horror stories about what works and what does not work, the audience will hear lessons learned around implementation, training, change management, and integration to help understand best practices for technology implementation across various construction roles in the office, field and shop.
NUCA One Day Meeting + AGC Annual Convention
As AEMP CONNECT is wrapping up at the Westgate on Monday, Tenna will have a presence at the NUCA One Day Meeting while also ramping up at the AGC Annual Convention! With members of the Tenna team at 3 different events in one day, you are bound to find a great time to talk about your equipment management needs. The 2023 AGC Annual Convention runs March 13th – 16th at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort so be sure to save some room in your schedule because you don’t want to miss us there. Finally, the moment we have all been waiting 3 years for… ConExpo-Con/Agg 2023! Spanning four days from March 14th through the 18th at the Las Vegas Convention Center, ConExpo is going to be HUGE. In addition to exhibiting at booth N11427, Tenna will present the educational session Increase Margins with Equipment Management, led by Tenna’s chief business development officer Russell Young at 1pm on Tuesday. Attendees will learn about:
- Equipment management in the field and how equipment managers make a difference around better planning and execution.
- How equipment managers impact both IT and safety to add value in security, compliance, insurance, and risk.
- How equipment managers add tremendous value to the CFO and accounting teams in terms of providing true, trusted data to inform financial strategy and impact the bottom line.

She ensures the prominent display and integrity of Tenna’s brand on the showroom floor, secures speakerships and sponsorships, and plans and executes on partnership networking opportunities. Daria studied marketing at McGill University and Northeastern University prior to graduating Summa Cum Laude from Elon University.
