March Madness for Tenna is here! But unlike most of the country, for us March Madness means planes, trains, automobiles, and a lot of convention halls. For the second year in a row, the Tenna team is looking forward to a busy, eventful month of March. We cannot wait to meet all the attendees at the various shows and have many exciting and insightful conversations.
It is with great excitement that we announce that members of our team will be leading Master Class 2 from 1-5pm. Both sessions of Build a Business Case and Implementation Plan for ROI in Equipment Management Technology are carefully designed to provide maximum benefit to attendees.
In part one of this workshop, equipment managers will learn how to craft a business case for their company’s unique needs around an equipment management technology investment, and how to present that to their executive stakeholders. The presenters will provide an understanding of total cost of ownership, with examples of how other businesses have earned ROI in these areas, and how to establish a return on investment so the expected outcomes around their technology implementation are crystal clear to, and useful for, the entire organization.
In part two, equipment managers will learn how to gain buy in internally after their equipment management system has been purchased to ensure adoption. With data analysis and both first-hand successes and horror stories about what works and what does not work, the audience will hear lessons learned around implementation, training, change management, and integration to help understand best practices for technology implementation across various construction roles in the office, field and shop.
As AEMP CONNECT is wrapping up at the Westgate on Monday, Tenna will have a presence at the NUCA One Day Meeting while also ramping up at the AGC Annual Convention! With members of the Tenna team at 3 different events in one day, you are bound to find a great time to talk about your equipment management needs. The 2023 AGC Annual Convention runs March 13th – 16th at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort so be sure to save some room in your schedule because you don’t want to miss us there.
